We offer next day delivery on all our stock items, if ordered before 9.00am, if you miss this collection time your order will be sent out the following day with all next day orders. (For UK mainland addresses only.)

Otherwise we aim to dispatch standard orders within 24 - 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Should we be closed for annual holidays then a note will be posted on our news / home page and orders placed during such period will be sent out with the first post as soon as we are back.

Please Note: For the security of our customers, some orders may require further checking and may therefore not be eligible for same-day dispatch.

Items not eligible for next day delivery: Unfortunately this promise does not include customised orders for our charm bracelet designer, and 18" and 20" necklace chains which could take up to 3-5 working days.

Please choose Special Delivery or International signed for if you require insurance cover. All other methods of postage do not come with insurance, it is the onus of the customer to choose which method they think is appropriate.

UK Delivery Charges: All orders up to the value of £35.00 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to UK mainland addresses, at a charge of £2.95. Please note that a signature will be needed to receive your order.

UK Delivery Charges: All orders over the value of £35.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day before 1 pm to UK mainland addresses, at a charge of £4.95. Please note that a signature will be needed to receive your order.

International Delivery Charges: All orders for delivery outside mainland UK are sent by Royal Mail Signed for International up to approx 14 working days, at a charge of £5.95. Please note that a signature will be needed to receive your order.

International Delivery Charges: All orders for delivery outside mainland UK are sent by Royal Mail Express Air Sure up to approx 8 working days, at a charge of £6.95.

*Royal Mail Strike Action* Please note, that during any Royal Mail Strike Action's a courier service is always in place with Fedex or UKMail (previously known as Business Post) at no extra charge to our cutomers.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Please ensure that a valid land line and email are given.

Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this straight away but you should allow up to 5 days for dispatch of the goods.

Delivery Comments : Please note we are unfortunately unable to give specific delivery instructions to your postman as to what to do with a parcel if no one is in.

Please note Gee Gee Images can deliver your order to your work address!
Your Gee Gee Images account will allow you to set up as many addresses as you want. All that we need is for the default address to be set as the billing address, where your credit card statements come to.

All trade orders will be sent Special Delivery, International signed for or by courier with Fedex or Business Post, all these methods include insurance cover. 

*In relation to international trade orders please be aware that the recipient is responsible for all duty and taxes that are to be paid upon arrival of your goods / order.

Please Note: Large international trade orders may be subject to additional postage costs.

UK Delivery Charges: Please note this covers deliveries to UK mainland addresses only and a signature will be needed to receive your order.

International Delivery Charges: Please allow on all orders for delivery outside mainland UK up to approx 8 - 14 working days. Please note that a signature will be needed to receive your order.

All international trade orders will be charged the following:

£27.50  (£500.00 - 1000.00)
£75.00 (£1000.01 - 2000.00)
