Between 7-9 magnets sit in each 10mm wide bracelet link (depending on bracelet size). Magnet therapy has been around for thousands of years, they are believed to boost blood circulation which is thought to help with pain relief. Great for those of us with aches and pains and repetitive strain injuries. These bracelets should be worn all the time in order to be of benefit.
