Gee Gee Images FAQ'S, plus our Terms & Conditions Gee Gee Images prices and terms and conditions have been revised and updated as of September 2007.

Gee Gee Images terms & conditions cover: Payment/Postage/Despatch/ Back Orders/Shortfall, Errors, Incorrect or Damaged Goods/Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes/Trade Orders/Complaints/Data Protection/Gift Vouchers/ Special Offers/Loyalty Cards/Referral Scheme/Jewellery Parties Payment *Payment - our terms of payment are cash, credit card, postal order or cheque with order, five working days should be allowed for cheques to clear. We accept all major credit cards. *Customers will be liable for the total cost of any unpaid cheques or debt recovery. *Mail orders via post and fax will always be confirmed by telephone or email - if you have not had confirmation of your order don't assume it's been received and contact us via telephone. *Telephone orders can be taken, but no responsibility will be taken by us for any error (although we will do our very best to get things right). Postage *Gee Gee Images charge a flat rate of £4 on all internet orders which are sent second class recorded, or if over £20 in value special delivery. For all other ordering methods we offer first class recorded £3, second class recorded £4, special delivery £5 and international £6. All postage rates include packaging and a £1.50 administration charge. Despatch *Orders distributed to more than one destination will be charged the extra cost of postage involved. If you require your order to be delivered to an address different to your billing address please contact us as soon as you have completed your order. *Gee Gee Images will not be held responsible or liable for any order / packages once the order has left the premises or is in the postal system, and all goods will always be sent recorded signed for. *Please note that we do not offer compensation for delayed parcels - you would need to contact Royal Mail or the courier directly. And although we take every care in packaging your goods we can't take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods. *We cannot be made responsible for any loss of business, goodwill, time, expenses or profit caused by errors or delay on our part or the part of our agents or carriers and our liability for unsatisfactory goods will never exceed the value of our invoice. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any claim for work which are not delivered on time. *We do not deliver to PO Boxes except to regular customers and only if we have confirmed details of your home/business address on file. *In the case of a postal strike we may use alternative courier services. You will be notified of the delivery date if your goods are sent by courier and if you are out when they attempt delivery they will leave a card and it is your responsibility to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second re-delivery is unsuccessful you will be charged £4 for each further attempted delivery unless you arrange to collect your goods from their depot. If goods are not collected or delivered within 5 days they will be returned to our office and you will still be charged for that delivery. It will then become your responsibility to either collect your goods from us or to pay for another delivery process. Back Orders Shortfall, Errors, Incorrect or Damaged Goods *Any claim for shortfall, errors, incorrect or damaged goods must be made within three days of receipt of your order via phone or email for us to consider any refund, exchange or credit notes. Returns/Exchanges/Credit Notes *Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on any earrings that have been purchased with us. *Exchanges, refunds and credit notes are only available on unused goods that are returned to us with the original till receipt/order within 14 days. You must however inform us immediately by phone or email within three days of receipt of your order. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. *If you change your mind about your purchase, please inform us by phone or email within three days of receipt of your order, and return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt/order within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. *Credit notes are non refundable, and will only be valid for three months from date issued, and if they are not used within this time they will expire and be lost. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Rings In the case of rings, please ensure when you are ordering that you measure your finger as accurately as possible. However, rings sometimes do not fit and we will send out an alternative size once the original has been returned and there is no damage. Inform us within three days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we will have to charge you postage again for sending another ring. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all the original packaging materials and documentation. *Returns should be posted back to us in secure protective packaging, please ensure the box is strong enough to protect your returns - we can't issue a credit not or exchange your item if the goods are damaged in transit. Please return items to us by registered post with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your orderand do NOT write 'Jewellery' on the box for security reasons, and please ensure that your item is fully insured for the value of the item as some carriers will not insure jewellery, ensure you have a receipt from your shipper for your own records (we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us). We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable, this does not affect your statutory rights. Trade Orders *Gee Gee Images do NOT offer refunds to trade customers, we do NOT operate on a 'sale or return' basis. *Any claim for shortfall, errors, incorrect or damaged goods must be made within three days of receipt of order via phone for us to consider any exchanges or credit notes. All exchanges or credit notes will be at our discretion. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all the original packaging materials and documentation. Loyalty Cards *Gee Gee Images customer loyalty cards offering 20% off All Gee Gee Images Jewellery can only be used by the authorised signatory, you must quote your customer account number with your order or present your loyalty card at our stand. The card may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers and excludes p&p. The card remains the property of Gee Gee Images and we reserve the right to decline issue, modify the terms of use, or withdraw at any time, without prior notice. Referral Scheme *Gee Gee Images will reward you for spreading the word with a special Gee Gee Images FREE GIFT, whenever you refer a new customer when they place their order! Simply ensure that you write your name and postal address clearly on the order forms you distribute in the customer referral box on the order forms, or that they enter your details in the message box when they order online, and ensure that the person placing any telephone orders tell us that you reffered them when they place their order! You will recieve your free gift approx 14 days after their order has been despatched. Jewellery Parties *Hosts get 10 per cent of what has been sold at their party after £150, alternatively they get a cheque for 10 per cent off what has been sold at their party after £150, if it is for a charitable cause. The host will be charged the full price plus postage for any unreturned party pack jewellery samples.
